1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this Terms and Conditions document, references to "a6str", "we" or "platform" refer to the company operating the a6str.one website and all services offered on it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses this platform.

These terms cover all aspects of using the a6str platform including account registration, gaming activity, deposits and withdrawals, receipt of bonuses and promotions, and interaction with customer support services. These terms take effect from the date you register an account or use any part of this website.

a6str reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Such changes will be notified on the website and take effect as soon as they are published. Continued use of the platform after such changes is considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 User Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a6str services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or responsible gambling programme of any relevant entity.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Duplicate accounts or accounts opened in another person's name are prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

a6str reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of the national identity card (MyKad), bank statement or other supporting documents for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Users who fail to fulfil the verification request within the specified period may face temporary restrictions or account closure.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

a6str supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. Available methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The transaction limits set are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour after the request is approved.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances requiring consideration by the administration. a6str does not charge any processing fees for regular deposits or withdrawals, however payment service providers may impose their own charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of the identity verification process. Any withdrawal involving bonus funds must comply with the specified wagering requirements before the withdrawal request can be approved.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

a6str offers various types of bonuses and promotions to members. Each bonus is subject to its own wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: Your first deposit is eligible for a 100% match bonus up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.

Additional terms that apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, bank account, IP address or device.
• a6str reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period stated for each promotion. Bonuses not fulfilled within that period will expire.

• a6str reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

5 VIP Programme and Loyalty Rewards

Active a6str members have the opportunity to join the VIP Programme, which consists of five tiers. Each tier offers different weekly cashback benefits:

• 🥈 Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• 🥇 Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• 💎 Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• ✨ Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier upgrades are based on playing activity and consistency. All cashback is automatically credited to the member's account at the end of each week. Cashback received is also subject to wagering requirements set by a6str.

a6str reserves the right to change the VIP programme structure, cashback rates or eligibility requirements at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affected members through available communication channels.

6 Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a6str platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to influence game outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering or transferring funds derived from illegal activities.
• Opening multiple accounts to manipulate the bonus or promotion system.
• Attempting to hack, intrude upon or disrupt the platform's security systems.
• Sharing login credentials with others or allowing others to access your account.
• Any form of alteration or falsification of identity verification documents.
• Misuse of the customer support system by making false complaints or harassing staff.

7 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

a6str provides an online gambling platform based on fair play principles and a certified random number generator. However, we do not guarantee any winnings or specific game outcomes. The result of every game is entirely random and cannot be predicted.

a6str will not be held responsible for:

• Financial losses incurred from gambling activities on this platform.
• Temporary technical disruptions beyond our control, including third-party network issues.
• Losses arising from users disclosing their own login credentials.
• Any indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss related to the use of the platform.

8 Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the a6str customer support team. Before closure, all related wagering requirements must be completed and any eligible balance will be returned according to the standard withdrawal process.
